From the 1st of April 2016 the NEW Kilometer Charging System in the Flemish, Walloon and Brussels regions comes into effect.
All heavy goods vehicles of more than 3.5 tons must have a functional On Board Unit (OBU), as the Eurovignette will no longer be valid in the area.
