VIALTIS details you the Italian Minimum wage (or Salario minimo Italiano) procedure

After the introduction of Cabotage - Transport of goods and passengers, into the Salario Minimo Italiano ( Italian minimum wage ) decree, published on December 22nd in the Gazzettino Ufficiale, VIALTIS is ready to inform you how to proceed from December 26th.

 

The Italian Article 10 of the Legislative decree No 136/2016 establishes that foreign service providers posting to Italy must:

 

  • Nominate an Italian representative to liaise with the competent authorities in cases of controls
  • Make an advance declaration setting out specific information about the posted workers within midnight of the day before the displacement.
  • Provide to your representative all the documentation translated into Italian language: the contract of employment, payslips, timesheets, documents that demonstrate the payment of remuneration…

 

All non-italian companies doing Cabotage in Italy are obligued to follow the Italian Minimum wage procedures.
