Managing human resources is an essential task at Vialtis, where the workforce has quadrupled in 4 years and includes 19 different nationalities.

This task is overseen by Monique Decroix, who relies on 3 mainstays : recruitment, training and loyalty.

Monique DECROIX, HR Director, brings a wealth of expertise and passion in human resource management, capitalising on the cultural diversity which is a major asset at the heart of the Vialtis group.
“It's a bit like conducting an orchestra! The harmony comes from the balance between developing potential, promoting skills and encouraging team loyalty. That's why we place great importance on internal training, in order to impart in particular our special expertise in VAT recovery. In addition, we have set up internal communication tools common to the entire group, which consists of 8 subsidiaries. In order to co-ordinate our colleagues and allow them to get to know each other better, we also organise regular events that bring the teams together. The consolidation of our company project depends on effective human resource management. Our group has continued to gain strength over the last 7 years, proving that our ‘orchestra’ is in tune, and that we can look forward to playing together for a long time to come!”
