VIALTIS Breaking news on the Italian Minimum wage
The Italian minimum wage law, was published in the " Gazzetta Ufficiale” last July the 21st by legislative decree 136/2016 dated July the 17th and following the Directive of the European Community 2014/67.
It consists in the guarantee of the respect of the Italian laws, including the minimum wage, in case of the secondment of foreign workers in Italy.
VIALTIS is near the Italian Ministry, which informed us that only a first draft of the text of the law is published, where there is still no precise mention of the categories of workers this law is touching.
