VIALTIS Breaking news on Macron Law

Macron Law official website is not ready to be used yet.

Macron Law or Loi Macron (French minimum wage) approved last July 29th 2016 by the decree Nº 2016-044 that transport companies have to electronically declare the posting certificates of their drivers.

For this purpose, the French government has created their own website called SIPSI in order to allow the companies to fill-up the existing CERFA posting certificate directly in this website and, starting from January 1st 2017 will be mandatory to use this website for the declarations.

However VIALTIS has risen that this website is not ready to be used yet by the Transport Companies and an update will be necessary.

VIALTIS is close to the French state authorities who informed us there is no official date at the moment for this website update. We will be in contact again in December for an update and you will be informed as usual.

The actual Macron Law procedure about the transmission of the information with the
French representatives as VIALTIS is, will remain the same. Your French representative must provide the French controllers the necessary documentation received from you without delay.

If you need any further information, don’t hesitate to contact us.
