The European borders are generally open for transport of goods

All over Europe borders are closed due to the coronavirus, but the general picture is that the border closings exclude transport of goods. The countries have different rules for infected an quarantined people including drivers performing transport of goods.

Closing the borders in Europe will basically have no influence on the trucks’ possibilities to transport goods. But even if the trucks have to a large extent the possibilities to transport merchandise and goods across the borders in Europe, there may be delays due to queues and possible health checks for the truck drivers.

Under any circumstances, you should keep yourself informed on restrictions and closings in every single country and on every border crossing, because the situation changes all the time due to the coronavirus.
